We make our presence known by patrolling the area constantly. Following the site plan and familiarizing ourselves in the key areas of where our presence is most needed. While on post, we make effort of providing the best customer service for all employees, customers, business owners and tenants. Keeping a friendly attitude but avoid engaging in prolonged conversations.
Staying lookout for potential safety hazards or damage property (ex: burned out light bulbs, water leaks). These issues will be reported to property managers/owners immediately.
